Ketchup Entertainment has formed a U.K. distribution partnership with Altitude Film Entertainment for multiple windows including home entertainment, pay television and free TV.
The deal was announced Friday at AFM.
The first two releases under the new deal are David Hayter’s “Wolves,” starring Lucas Till and Jason Momoa, and the comedy spoof “Superfast” from directors Aaron Seltzer and Jason Friedberg.
Ketchup launched a U.S. film distribution division in 2012 and has released “The Love Punch,” starring Pierce Brosnan and Emma Thompson, and the Paul Walker thriller “Vehicle 19.” It will open “Wolves” on Nov. 14.
Altitude’s creative partnerships are with filmmakers Jalmari Helander, Petri Jokiranta, and Alex Garland for “Big Game” starring Samuel L. Jackson, Onni Tommila, Jim Broadbent, Ray Stevenson and Mehmet Kurtulus; James Watkins and Simon Duric for “The Loch,” to star Peter Mullan; director Jabbar Raisani for “Outpost 37″; and producer Gregor Cameron and Owen Harris for “Kill Your Friends.”
